Monday Meal Planning (Thanksgiving Edition).

My hopes are to post this every Monday morning for the following week. Since I posted my “mealplanning” entry already, but with last week’s meals, I’ll get caught up by posting the meals I just planned for this upcoming (Holiday) week. Then from there I can continue on posting it Monday morning’s for the week.

Monday: Chicken Thighs with Scalloped Potatoes & Veggies
Tuesday: Steak & Onion Sandwiches with Steak Fries
Wednesday: Chicken Breast (most likely baked) with Spanish Rice & Veggies
Thursday: Thanksgiving (we’re not hosting — so no cooking!)
Friday: Leftovers (hopefully we’ll bring home Thanksgiving leftovers with us!)
Saturday: Steak & Scalloped Potato Salad
Sunday: Macaroni & Cheese with Veggies
